Our restaurant specializes in real Neapolitan pizza, baked in a traditional wood-fired oven. Thanks to this, our pizzas have a unique taste and aroma that will take you straight to sunny Italy.

Italian products of the highest quality

At Papa Doriano Ristorante, we focus on authenticity and quality. All of our ingredients come straight from Italy. We use only the finest 00 flour, fresh San Marzano tomatoes and original mozzarella fior di latte. Our sauces are prepared according to traditional Italian recipes, and each pizza is created with love and attention to detail.

Panuozzo

We are the first place in Kutno where you can eat panuozzo - a delicacy from Gragnano, a town on the Sorrento coast. Panuozzo at Papa Doriano Ristorante is prepared from long-ripened, over-ripened pizza dough, then baked in our Calabria wood-fired oven at a temperature of about 500°C. It differs from the classic delicacy from Naples in that before serving we bake only the bread, without any additives. Only then, to the warm panuozzo, do we add the remaining ingredients. At your request, we can bake the panuozzo again with the ingredients 🍕
